Marking Technique - Hot spray plastic

GRÜN offers different aggregates for processing of hot spray plastic for installation
on self-propelled marking machines.

Essential characteristics of GRÜN hot spray aggregates:
  • indirectly heated pressured vessels with safety material valves and horizontal agitator,
    robust agitator bearings for high reliability at rough road works
  • optionally propane gas or diesel oil heating
  • high heating efficiency because of optimized firing chambers
  • material temperature control, additionally independent temperature safe guard
  • special high-capacity spray guns
  • extensible for application of thick-film material using screed boxes or extruder heads
