Marking Technique - combined aggregates
GRÜN offers the possibility to install two application techniques on one marking machine, e.g.
- combined aggregate for processing of thermoplastic and airless paint
- combined aggregate for processing of hot spray and extruded thermoplastic
- thermoplastic thick layer application technique and airless spray technique
combined to be mounted on a self-propelled marking machine or a truck chassis - thermoplastic aggregate:
material tank ca. 440 litre, indirect heating via thermal oil with propane gas or oil burner, with
hydraulically driven agitator,
application with extruder or screed boxes, heated via thermal oil - airless aggregate:
material tank ca. 410 litre, hydraulically driven agitator; airless pump, capacity ca. 26 l/min.,
application with airless spray gun - hot spray and thermoplastic thick layer aggregate
combined to be installed on a self-propelled marking machine or a truck chassis - pressured material vessel, capacity ca. 360 litre, indirect heating via thermal oil,
propane or oil burner; hydraulically driven agitator - hot spray application with hot spray gun
- thermoplastic thick layer application with extruder or indirect heated screed box
