Marking Technique - Thermoplastic-Pre-heaters

GRÜN offers a wide range of different types of pre-heaters for melting thermoplastic material.
Experience for decades in constructing boilers for the most different materials from bitumen up
to mastic asphalt has been integrated into the construction and production of our products.

The range:

  • “standing” boilers up to 800 litre
  • “laying” boilers up to 1800 litre, also larger on request
  • direct or indirect heating; a special heating technique also permits a quasi-direct
    material maintaining heating without thermal oil
  • optionally propane gas or diesel oil heating
  • high heating efficiency because of optimized heating chambers
  • material temperature control, additionally independent temperature safe guard
  • stationary versions for installation on truck chassis or completely assembled on
    high-speed trailer, double-boilers for specially effective work
