Sealing compound boiler

50 L capacity. Heated with manually operated propane vortex burner, 18 kW. Temperature control via dial thermometer. Flame shield to prevent overheating of the sealing compound in the bottom area of the kettle. Heated by hot air. Double-walled insulation. Hand agitator to mix the molten compound. Gas cylinder holder for 11 kg gas cylinders.

Sealant unit

Screed 6 cm wide. Drying and heating of the joint with built-in propane burner creates ideal conditions for joint sealing. Metering carried out from handle.

Included in delivery:

Complete unit with three-wheel chassis, sealant kettle, sealant unit with 6 cm screed box, propane burner, high pressure propane hose. Medium pressure safety regulator with pipe rupture safeguard and swivel fitting.

Post-spreading unit

(optional at extra cost) container approx. 10 l capacity for stone chips, discharge hose and dispenser approx. 10 cm wide. Operated from the control bar.

Sealing compound kettle VK50

manually operated propane vortex burner, removable kettle, outlet slide for removal of molten material and dial thermometer for temperature control. A flame shield constructed of heat resistant sheet metal is built in to the combustion chamber to avoid overheating of the molten material directly above the kettle bottom. Heating occurs by hot air.
