Machines for melting and processing of thermoplastic road marking materials and bituminous joint and rail sealing as well as bottom casting of rails.

Compact design, quick heat up time, high melting capacity of powder or block materials with low gas or heating oil consumption.

  • Kettle
    The kettle and front walls are constructed of wear and heat resistant special steel.

  • Agitator
    Hydraulically powered horizontal agitator, electrically shiftable; powerful stirring arms that lift contents upwards, preventing deposits and guaranteeing proper mixing of the molten material.
    The agitator speed is adjustable. Sealing of the agitator shaft by means of plug system.

  • Drive unit
    Noise insulated one-cylinder diesel engine (from RTK 500) powers a hydraulic pump which is flanged on the flywheel side. The agitator is turned on by an electrically operated hydraulic valve. The hydraulic unit is protected against overheating and blockage.

  • Heating
    indirect heating via heat shield or smoke chamber to protect the kettle and for a gentle heating of the mix.

  • Propane gas burner
    Propane gas medium pressure burner with electronic temperature control and indicator for mixed material and a holder for two 11kg or 33kg propane cylinders.
  • Heating oil burner
    Fully automatic oil burner with electronic temperature control and indicator for mixed material.
    230V inverter and 120 l heating oil tank.
