Machines for the processing of easily filled molten materials. Propane vortex burner regulated thermostatically by molten material or the MR180i model additionally regulated by thermal oil. Dial thermometer for temperature control. Outlet chute, wheels for hand transportation and double-walled insulation. Agitator speed is approx.
16 rpm. Good agitation results through vertical agitator shaft with horizontal, agitator arms directly above the kettle bottom that lift contents upwards and prevent deposits on the bottom.

RK series (diesel engine) with a vertical agitator

Machines for the melting and processing of thermoplastic road marking materials and bituminous joint and rail sealing as well as bottom casting of rails.

Reasonably priced, compact design, low weight, short warm-up time, high performance melting of block material with low gas or heating oil consumption.

  • Agitator
    Vertical hydraulically powered agitator, electrically switchable; powerful stirring arms that lift contents upwards to prevent deposits and guarantee proper mixing of the molten material; adjustable agitator speed; overload shut-off when blocked.

  • Heating
    Indirectly via thermal oil or heat shield below the kettle bottom.

  • Propane gas burner
    Propane gas medium pressure burner, with automatic temperature control which works without electric current. Temperature control for mixed material and thermal  oil
    Temperature displayed on dial thermometer.

    Temperature setting from approx. 150°C to 240°C for the indirectly heated kettle and from approx. 150°C to 300°C for the directly heated kettle.
