Description
Firing:
Indirect heating with heat transfer oil. A commercially available oil with a maximum thermal load of approx.
330 °C should be used. Thermostatically controlled, propane vortex jet burner that does not require an electrical power supply. Unit is controlled via a temperature control valve in the heat transfer oil and in the melting pot. Option of controlling the temperature of the melted material with pointer thermometers.
Agitator:
Vertical agitator shaft with horizontal paddles and hand crank. The RK180i is driven by a geared AC motor, 220 V, 0.55 kW.
Included with delivery:
Unit supplied complete with burner, control unit with 2 gas regulator valves, expansion tank, thermometer in the melted material, but with heat transfer oil.
